WHAT ARE YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE?

I – Jaime – have worked in childcare for the past 10 years working with babies and children. Being based in the nursery room, I have extensive experience working with different babies and their schedules. I have been a baby sleep consultant for 2 years and worked with families all over the world including Australia, Europe, England, Canada, US and more. CAN YOU HELP MOVE AWAY FROM CONTACT NAPPING?

I have worked with many families over the past 2 years, setting them up with strategies to suit their needs to help move away from contact napping. As beautiful as it is, sometimes we all need to do things and the best time to do this is when our babies are sleeping. I know from experience that every baby is different, and this is why I recommend booking a phone consultation as one size doesn’t suit all – especially when it comes to babies and sleep.

CAN YOU HELP MY BABY TO LINK SLEEP CYCLES?

Yes absolutely. There are a range of different techniques we use and provide you with in order to encourage your little one to link sleep cycles. Getting onto this earlier at around the 12 week mark is the best time to get started so be sure to book a consultation and we can help you get started.

HOW LONG CAN THE SLEEP PLAN AND ROUTINE TAKE TO WORK?

Generally speaking it can take around 2 weeks for your baby to fully adapt to the new routine and plan. In saying this, every baby is different and the times can vary. I recommend getting the 2 weeks support for after you have had your consultation as this is the best way to keep in contact with our consultants. We are available to chat throughout the 2 weeks so if something isn’t working or you’re needing to change something, we can do that.

WHAT DO I DO IF THE PLAN DOESN’T WORK?

Every baby is different and they may not adapt right away to the plan. If after the 2 weeks and the plan still isn’t working, we offer free support continuing until your baby is sleeping better than when we started working together.

WHAT COMES WITH EACH CONSULTATION?

For all of the consultations, we chat over the phone/zoom/in person for around 30 minutes – 1 hour discussing all of your concerns and goals. Our consultants will then go and write up the sleep plan and routine which has everything about sleep environment, wind down routine, settling technique, day naps, night sleep and nutrition. You will also receive a personalised routine which is suited to you. We also attach some PDF documents that relate to what the consultant has provided for you in the plan for more information about what they have explained.

DO I REALLY NEED TO PURCHASE THE FOLLOW UP SUPPORT?

We highly recommend getting the follow up support with your consultation as this is a great way to seek continued support. In the follow up support we set you up on an app on your phone, you enter each nap time and feed time as you would on any other nap and then our consultants are able to comment and provide feedback. This is crucial for succeeding in reaching your goals.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER GIFT WRAPPED?

Absolutely you can! If you would like your order gift wrapped, please let us know as a comment or send us through an email with your order number and if you would like to add a message we can add that in for you on one of our thank you cards.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

Yes we do sell gift cards online only. We offer $20, $50, $100 or you can choose how much you would like. Please contact us if you have any questions about our gift cards.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Stripe, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Klarna and PayPal. You can use any of these payment methods with any of the consultations or clothes or both together.

CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE ON THE SLEEP CONSULTATIONS?

Yes you can use a discount code at the checkout with the whole store. If your discount code doesn’t work, please send us an email and let us know or check our instagram page as there may be another discount live.
